Make an appointment

Are you a new to the practice? Please check if you are insured at:
  • VGZ (UMC, IZA, Unive, Zekur)
  • CZ (Nationale Nederlanden, OHRA, Just)
  • ONVZ (VVAA)
The practice does not have a contract with these health insurers. You can only register if you have a refund policy (restitutiepolis).

The registration process is described at Registration In brief:
  • Ask your referrer to send a referral via ZorgDomein.
  • Plan an Intake after the referral has been sent.
  • As soon as your request has been accepted, you will receive confirmation by email. You will also receive an email asking you to fill in the intake form. Please do this for your first appointment.

Waiting Time

  • Intake for medication: geen wachttijd
  • Intake for psychotherapy: Closed for new applicants
Cancel an appointment
When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. Unfortunately, if you miss your appointment without proper notice, it will likely not be possible to accommodate another patient during that timeframe. Also, if you leave the appointment earlier than the agreed upon time, the full appointment fee applies. Please note:

If you cancel your appointment less than 2 business days in advance, you will be charged a no-show fee of 75 euros per hour. This fee will be prorated for the duration of your appointment. If you miss your appointment without canceling, you will be charged a fee of 125 euros per hour. This fee will not be reimbursed by your health insurance provider.

During working hours, there is generally a continuous consultation hour. For this reason, the practice is limited in its telephone accessibility. You can cancel your appointment by emailing to info@psychiatriehouten.nl. To prevent missed appointments, you can always change your in-person appointment to a phone or video call.
